21 months

At 21 months old, Blaykleigh ...
  • had her first kid coffee from Starbucks. Creating a monster early!
  • loves building Lego towers with her daddy.
  • removed her diaper at nap-time and peed all over the crib - eeeeeeeek! I found her standing up in her crib butt naked. No more "diaper-only" during nap-time.
  • was my Valentines date, daddy is busy at work in Iowa. We had heart shaped biscuits with red sprinkles, a play date at the church followed by a play date at the park along the bay front and enjoyed chocolate covered strawberries that Granny sent us.
  • enjoys playing in the moving boxes - ready or not Iowa, here we come!!!
  • moved from Corpus Christi, Texas to Des Moines, Iowa - it was a very looooong day.
  • got to experience a couple of really good Iowan snow storms.
  • loves the snow! She even thought I was sprinkling "snow" on her pasta one evening as I poured a little parmesan cheese over her dinner.

Colorado Cellular Phone Pics #1

So I have an enormous amount of pictures on my iphone from our trip to Colorado. For now though, I am going to just post the pictures that were taken randomly here and there. Hopefully, I will get around to posting the rest soon and maybe one day I will have more "free space" for new pictures on my phone! :)

This was on a way too early layover for one of 3 (three) flights getting to Denver! Go ahead, call me crazy.

My sweetest little niece - Kailyn. She taught Blaykleigh so many wonderful habits <insert sarcasm here>! But I still loves her.

Oh you know, just a little festive Target shopping with Mommy and Nani!

The great grandparents!

Just darling aren't they?!?!

Man does this picture make a girl feel old! Lindsey, the teenager holding Blaykleigh … yeah, I started babysitting her when she was 6 months old then came along Jonathan and Trevor. Love this family!

Cheese!

CHEESE!!!
We've got Rowan working the camera, Kailyn off in "la-la" land and Blaykleigh … don't ask because I can not say?!

Lunch date with Gi-Gi!!!

Cousin snuggles!

No vacation is ever complete without an ER visit!

Enjoying a popsicle, waiting for her fever to come down.

Nani loves her girls.

And so does Gramps!

Princess's and the Pea.

Not going to lie, at the end of the day, I preferred them both like this.

Oh Papa!!!

"They see me rollin' and hatin' and trying to catch me ridin' dirty"
(hehe sorry couldn't resist).
